Drama | 2019 | 93 min | Rating: R16 | France | Dir: Sarah Suco | Cast: Camille Cottin, Jean-Pierre Darroussin, and Éric Caravaca

Camille, age 12, is an aspiring circus performer and eldest of a large family. Her parents abruptly join a strict Catholic Community based on sharing and solidarity in which they fully invest. Camille is compelled to adapt to the Community’s lifestyle despite being against it from the start and trying to shield her younger siblings from some of it’s more outré rituals. This causes her aspirations and social life to be questioned and Camille will have to fight to assert her freedom and save her brothers and sisters. First time feature director Sarah Suco is an accomplished actress and screenwriter and her film The Dazzled features a strong cast with Cottin, Darroussin and Caravaca all having had nominations for Cesar Awards in the past.
