Prize Draw: Terms and Conditions

General prize draw terms and conditions:

·       Entry is open to people 18 years or over, who have subscribed to the Alliance Française French Film Festival (AFFFF) newsletter.

·       To enter to be eligible to win, eligible entrants must complete the online subscription form found of the official festival website www.frenchfilmfestival.co.nz 

·       Employees and immediate families of the AFFFF can subscribe to the festival newsletter but are not eligible to win. The winners of all prizes must still be subscribed to the AFFFF newsletter at the time of the draw.

·       The AFFFF takes no responsibility for incomplete, incomprehensible or lost entries.

·       The prizes will be drawn on Wednesday 24 April 2013, the closing night of the festival.

·       The prize draw will be picked randomly. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

·       Winners will be notified soon after by the email address supplied at the time of entry

·       If this promotion is not capable of running as planned due to any reason, including unauthorised intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of the AFFFF, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) in its sole discretion to cancel the competition or to disqualify any individual who has tampered with the entry process.

·       The AFFFF will not be held liable for any loss, damage or injury which results directly or indirectly from the competition, except that which cannot be excluded by law. 

Air France travel terms and conditions:

·       Ticket(s) won may be utilized in any season, but travel is subject to availability in T class. It is appreciated that the winner gives Air France at least seven days prior notice from the intended travel date, but Air France suggests booking travel dates as early as possible to ensure availability.

·       Ticket must be issued before 31 December 2013 but travel is permitted until 18 April 2014.

·       The Air France ticket is based on Economy Class travel in T Class.

·       Travel between Auckland and Asia is to be on the services of Air New Zealand.

·       Travel between Asia and Paris is to be on the services of Air France.

·       Validity of the ticket(s) is 6 months from the date of departure and all tickets are to be used together, on the same travel date.

·       Date change permitted within the 6 months’ validity at a fee of NZ$180.

·       Air France prize winner’s tickets are not transferable, not cash-redeemable, non-upgradeable and their validity cannot be extended. The winner of the ticket(s) must be among the travellers.

·       Any taxes/surcharges, and additional costs are not included in the prize and art at the Prize Winner’s own expense and responsibility.

·       Frequent flyer points will not be awarded on this airfare.
