Proudly sponsored by L’Oréal Paris, the Alliance Française French Film Festival is the prime French cultural event and one of the largest film festivals in New Zealand. After successfully tripling attendance figures in 2012, the festival is looking forward to further growth in 2013.

The festival will be returning to eleven cities nationwide from 21 February to 24 April 2013, offering a comprehensive programme of French cinema at its best. The ambitious film selection presents a mix of hard-hitting drama and comedy, alongside spectacular animations and a special category introducing French-language films from countries other than France, such as Switzerland, Canada and Belgium.
